Welcome to Nirosa. By accessing nirosa.net or purchasing any Nirosa products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or services.

Service Coverage

Every Nirosa scent machine includes 1 year of complimentary service from the date of installation. During this period, our certified technicians will provide free servicing for eligible mechanical issues.

Fragrance Oil Policy

To keep your service coverage valid, only genuine Nirosa fragrance oils must be used. The use of non Nirosa oils or unauthorized refills will automatically void the complimentary service.

Nirosa Plus Membership

After the complimentary service period ends, you may continue with pay per service or upgrade to Nirosa Plus Membership, which extends service coverage for an additional 2 years and includes up to 4 complimentary mechanical repairs, priority support, exclusive discounts, and other member benefits. Membership is available for an additional fee.

Product Usage & Liability

Nirosa is not responsible for any damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, negligence, or the use of non approved products. Service coverage applies only to the original installation location.

Online Pricing & Promotions

All prices, promotions, discounts, bundles, offers, and campaigns displayed on nirosa.net are valid exclusively for purchases made through our official website or other authorized Nirosa online platforms.

Prices, promotions, and offers available online may differ from those offered through distributors, dealers, showrooms, or other sales channels. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, online offers cannot be claimed, matched, or redeemed outside Nirosa’s official online platforms.

Nirosa reserves the right to maintain separate pricing, promotional offers, and policies across different sales channels.

Changes to These Terms

Nirosa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective once published on nirosa.net. Your continued use of our website or products constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
