Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order and are only applicable for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

To qualify for a replacement or refund, the product must be inspected and opened in the presence of the delivery representative on the day of delivery. Claims made after the delivery has been accepted without inspection may not be eligible for return or refund.

Fragrance Oils

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened fragrance oils are generally not eligible for return or refund. However, if a product arrives damaged or has a verified manufacturing defect, please contact our support team immediately for assistance.

Replacement & Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, Nirosa will either:

* Replace the defective product, or
* Issue a refund to the original payment method.

The resolution will depend on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed as follows:

* Bank Transfer / bKash / Nagad: Within 3 to 5 working days.
* Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds are processed on the same day after approval.

Return Shipping

Return shipping responsibilities depend on the reason for the return.

* If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, incorrect item, or shipping damage, Nirosa will cover the return shipping costs.
* If the return is requested for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for the shipping charges.

Custom & Corporate Orders

Customized products, special orders, and bulk corporate purchases are non refundable and non returnable, unless a manufacturing defect or shipping damage is confirmed.

Warranty

All Nirosa scent diffuser machines include a 1 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Products purchased under the Nirosa Plus program include an extended 3 year limited warranty.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
