Welcome to Nirosa! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase, use, and service of our scent machines and related products (“Products”). By buying or using our Products from nirosa.net, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Contract

Each scent machine purchase includes a 1-year service contract starting from the date of installation. During this time, our certified technicians will provide free servicing for any mechanical issues.

2. Fragrance Oil Usage

To keep your service contract valid, you must use Nirosa-branded oil fragrance refills. Using any non-Nirosa refills will result in immediate termination of the service contract.

3. After the First Year

When the initial 1-year contract expires, you can either continue on a pay-per-service basis or upgrade to our Nirosa Plus Membership.

4. Nirosa Plus Membership

Nirosa Plus Membership extends your service coverage for 2 additional years and includes:

Up to 4 free mechanical repairs
Exclusive discounts on fragrance oils and accessories
Priority customer support
Other special perks

A small additional membership fee applies.

5. Liability

Nirosa is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, improper installation, or use of non-approved products. Our service contract applies only within the location where the product is installed.

6. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this website.
